become a partner
The ThimkAgain! campaign is a high profile campaign supported by leading organisations in Milton Keynes including Milton Keynes Council, the centre:mk, City Discovery Centre, Milton Keynes Partnership, National Energy Foundation, United Sustainable Energy Agency and Graymatter. It offers a unique opportunity to communicate with the citizens and businesses within the new city, helping them to combat climate change and save money at the same time. We are always looking for new partners from the public or private sectors, who will be able to contribute to the success of this innovative campaign.
What do partners need to do?
The ThimkAgain! campaign is intended to stimulate and motivate businesses and individuals to work together to reduce their carbon emissions. There are already many initiatives already taking place across the city. ThimkAgain! is the next step on the route map to carbon reduction. The success of this project will be through the implementation of different projects and services that all work together to reduce carbon emissions in different areas - in the home, at work, through transport, or at school.
We need partners to get these different areas off the ground. We can offer bespoke partnership packages that will enable you to promote your participation or organisation widely across Milton Keynes. The ThimkAgain! logo will tell your stakeholders that you are actively helping them combat climate change - and can save them money too.
Partners can sponsor these activities through financial support or through their time and involvement. You may want to run an initative in your workplace - it could be cutting energy use, starting a car sharing scheme, or encouraging walking or cycling to work.
Help us with this website
You may have noticed that there are not so many pages on this website at the moment. When we started writing about the project, we decided we wanted to focus on what's been happening in Milton Keynes - both in past, the present and what might happen in the future. We've also relied on our partners in Milton Keynes Partnership, the City Discovery Centre and the National Energy Foundation for most of the pictures. But that means the website doesn't say all that much about Climate Change as it might affect the globe, or what you can do yourself to help reduce the risk of catastrophic changes. So if you'd like to help the ThimkAgain! campaign by writing some more web pages, or taking some more photos of projects in Milton Keynes or further afield, then we'd love to hear from you. Just send an e-mail to our webmaster.
